Luciferase + GFP fluorescent protein (dual-tag) stable tumor cell transformation
We provide dual-label stable transgenic strains of commonly used tumor cell lines. This series of cell lines are simultaneously labeled with firefly luciferase (FLuc) and green fluorescent protein GFP. Cells can continuously and high-level express FLuc and GFP proteins during the culture process. The use of prefabricated stable transformants can immediately enter the downstream tumorigenesis and subsequent research stages, eliminating the tedious process of constructing stable transformants, and is an ideal tool for studying tumor cells.
Application area
During the in vitro culture, observe or detect the growth of tumor cells at any time;
Quickly establish the model of transplanted tumor of model animals, observe the tumor formation rate and growth rate of the transplanted tumor, and reveal the invasion and metastasis of tumor cells;
Introduce specific genes into tumor cell lines, or inject adenoviruses with specific genes after tumor formation, and study the interactions between tumor cells and specific genes. The nature of these interactions changes (such as apoptosis)
By directly observing the fluorescent protein or detecting the expression of luciferase after injection of luciferin substrate, the limitation of the investment time and accuracy of this method of pathological morphological examination can be broken.
Stable transfected tumor cell labeled with GFP fluorescent protein
We provide GFP-labeled stable pools of 18 common tumor cell lines. This series of cell lines are labeled with green fluorescent protein. Cells can express GFP protein continuously and at high levels during the culture process.
