The occurrence and development of disease or cancer involves complex biological processes. Transcriptomics and proteomics are the most favorable tools for tumor physiology and biochemistry. The primary purpose of both is to obtain gene expression. We used pathway analysis, GO functional enrichment analysis and KEGG pathway enrichment cluster to jointly analyze the results of Transcriptomics and proteomics to explain the mechanism of tumorigenesis from different angles and confirm each other to enhance the persuasive power of the results. On the other hand, it expounds the biological process and mechanism in all directions.

The purpose of our research
1.Obtaining a "panoramic map" of the expression profile is beneficial to the omni-directional analysis and study of the expression of tumor genes and proteins.
2.Mining the key proteins / genes regulated by post-transcriptional regulation, looking for and verifying some important biological regulation;
3.The search database was constructed by using the data to improve the number of protein identification, and the mutation information of the transcribed gene was verified at the protein level.
